Chefs on Thursday display lip-smacking dishes for the upcoming "Special Sizzler Festival" at Bawarchi Restaurant of Hotel Patliputra Exotica from July 13 to July 31. "Foodies can take their pick from the Indian, Chinese or Continental sizzler platter in addition to the chef's speciality dishes and desserts at the festival," said operational manager of Hotel Patliputra Exotica, Sunil.

"A flat 50 per cent discount will be offered on the sizzlers to make them pocket-friendly for college students," said general manager of the hotel, Vipin Jha. "The Indian platter includes Chicken Tikka, Malai Tikka, Fish Tikka, while the Continental offers Chicken Steak with herb rice, boiled vegetables and mashed potatoes in mushroom soup and Chinese sizzler will have Chicken Hakka Noodles with Fried Rice to be served with chicken in hot garlic sauce," added Jha.
