New Delhi, Oct. 2 (PTI): The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea by a Begusarai resident, who had claimed police atrocities and alleged he had been branded a terrorist. The court rejected his appeal against a Patna High Court ruling. It held the high court's view that the petitioner had levelled allegations that cannot be verified was 'without blemish'.
