Patna: Balwaan Singh, a New Delhi-based businessman, on Thursday lodged a complaint at the janata darbar of senior superintendent of police Alok Kumar of being allegedly duped of Rs 1.75 crore by a businessman. ingh complained that he had paid Vinod Singh, a businessman in the Salimpur Aahra area under Gandhi Maidan police station, the amount for scrap materials but never received it. Alok directed the matter to the Kotwali police station.
