Patna: The empowered committee of finance ministers of state, which is headed by deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi, on Wednesday resolved that a joint committee of central and state officials should be set up to prepare the negative list for the proposed goods and service tax (GST). he meeting was held at Delhi. The empowered committee has been set up to discuss issues related to GST.
