Patna: Journalist Navlesh Pathak, an accused in the Purnea BJP MLA Raj Kishore Keshari murder case was granted regular mandatory bail by special CBI judicial magistrate, Patna, Krishna Kumar on Friday.BI could not file a chargesheet against Navlesh after expiry of 90 days.
