Gaya: A 12-year old girl, Basanti Kumari, died and Khushboo Kumari (8) was injured when an abandoned cannon shell exploded at Manfar village on Sunday. he shell exploded after the girls hailing from Balthar village tried to separate the brass components from the shell.

Suspension

Patna: Water resources minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary on Sunday sought clarification from two engineers and suspended four others for their alleged role in the damage to west Kosi main canal on Wednesday.

Rain forecast
