Patna: Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, Abdul Bari Siddiqui, on Monday alleged that Jamui agriculture officer Manoj Kumar has issued advertisement in newspapers praising the JD(U) and chief minister Nitish Kumar.
Siddiqui claimed it is violation of the service code. But the officer denied the charges.
