Patna: The cabinet approved the Bihar Poisons Possession and Sale Rules, 2014, to regulate the sale of acid in the state, cabinet department principal secretary Brajesh Mehrotra said, adding that the rules had been framed in accordance with provisions of the Poisons Act, 1919. he cabinet also approved the urban development and housing department's proposal to frame Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rule, 2014, for planned and integrated development of cities.Gopalganj: Pintu Rai, a resident of Bishnupur village, allegedly stabbed a girl to death on Wednesday night.
