Patna, Jan. 11: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) today released the model papers for Class X and Class XII board examinations.

BSEB is releasing the model papers for Class X for the first time and those for Class XII the third time. The question-answer model paper was released at the BSEB office in the presence of the state human resource development (HRD) department minister P.K. Speaking on the occasion, BSEB chairman A.K.P. Yadav said: “The process for preparing the model papers were taken up by BSEB in October and on this direction, the board had organised a workshop attended by experts from BSEB, NCERT and CBSE.”

The model paper is based on the pattern of CBSE after the Bihar board introduces new syllabus for Class X.

Shahi said every aspect of the model papers will benefit the examinees, as it will give them an opportunity to understand their syllabus and pattern of examination.

Shahi also said: “This model paper aims to groom students for the examination before the board examination. The model paper contains 40 per cent questions on objective, while 60 per cent of the questions would be subjective, divided into two categories of short and long questions.
