Members of 2014-15 students’ cabinet of Patna Women’s College take oath on the campus on Monday. The students’ cabinet takes care of the cultural programmes organised at the college and maintains discipline on the campus among other responsibilities. Sharon Rashi has been elected premier of the 2014-15 cabinet, while Soumya Shruti and Priyanandini have been elected the vice-premier and the general secretary, respectively. The other members are Pooja Kumari, Masum Tiwari, Shristy, Anamika, Sejal Shah, Devyani Mishra, Akansha, Sukriti Kumari Anupama and Soumya Sinha. Patna Women’s College principal Doris D’Souza administered the oath to the students. Premier Sharon said, along with her cabinet colleagues, she would follow the institution’s rules and regulations. The members also took oath to help their classmates in every possible way and discharge their duties towards the college and the departments with full devotion. “A leader has less privileges and more responsibilities and duties to carry out. The cabinet members are supposed to come first to the college and leave last,” said D’Souza, college principal. Sharon said: “To be a student of Patna Women’s College is the aspiration of every girl in the state.
