| Principal secretary of health Vyasji addresses the seminar on power, society and culture at Gandhi Sangrahalaya in Patna on Saturday. The event was organised by Prerna, a cultural organisation, in memory of Safdar Hashmi. The communist playwright was born on April 12, 1954. The three-day seminar concluded on Saturday. Vyasji said: “Every person has positive and negative emotions. All of us face inner struggles, but defeating the negativities and coming out with positive things is what we call ‘Culture’.” He also said culture would keep changing with time but it is up to us to take the good things from such changes. Citing an example of a good cultural habit, he said in US, motorists stop their vehicles to make way for pedestrians.
