Students of Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan stage a play, Topiwala, at the inauguration of the 3rd Rashtriya Bal Rang Mahotsav at Premchand Rangshala on Thursday. Rahul Singh, project director, Bihar Education Project Council, theatre artiste Ajit Ganguli, and writer Usha Kiran Khan were the chief guests. Children and youths from eight other states are also taking part in the four-day theatre festival. While inaugurating it, Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan director Jyoti Parihar said: “Kilkari has been working for underprivileged children since 2008.
