Juicy flavour

From mango to pineapple to coconut — the mocktail section has more than 10 flavours. The mocktails are perfectly blended with fruit juice and creams. Morning fog, a chilled combination of litchi syrup, coconut and pineapple juice is the top pick. Tango is prepared with orange, lemon and pineapple juice. Another mocktail, It’s a small wonder, made with orange, pineapple, mango juice and grenadine syrup is a must try.

The items in the main course are sure to satiate your taste buds. Since no festival is complete without delicious food, chef Soumya Mukherjee has created the perfect platter of Indian and Arabian food. Some delectable dishes prepared by mixing authentic Arabian and Indian spices will make you spoilt for choice. Murg-e-tandoor is prepared by roasting a half marinated chicken with Arabian spices. The restaurant speciality, Keema kaleji, is a dish of minced mutton and chicken liver. Tandoori sea platter, an assortment of prawns and pomfret grilled with Indian and Arabian spices, is a must-have. Vegetable shammi kebab, the recreation of mutton shammi kebab, is made with broccolis.
