Chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi inaugurates the fourth foundation day celebrations of Bihar Agriculture University (BAU), Sabour. He called for the need of adopting scientific organic farming for changing the state’s fate. Appreciating overall performance of the university, Manjhi urged the farmers to utilise the resources for the better yield from their agriculture-related works.
