Chief minister Nitish Kumar presents a bouquet to governor Devanand Konwar at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. Though Nitish’s Raj Bhavan visit was unscheduled, he had a long meeting with Konwar. The meeting started around 12.30pm and continued for 90 minutes. Sources said neither the governor nor the chief minister shared anything about the topics that came up for discussion during the close door meet. Sources at Raj Bhavan said Union minister of state for social justice and empowerment D Napoleon, who is on a Bihar visit and is staying at Raj Bhavan, also met Nitish.
