Patna, Feb. 26: Importance of empowering women with education so that they can fight rights violation was stressed at a two-day seminar in the capital, sponsored by University Grants Commission.
The seminar — State: Protector or Violator of Rights — that concluded today at Magadh Mahila College took up issues like rights violation of women and rights violation by police and security forces.
