CRAWL FOR FLIGHT: Fliers outside Patna airport on Tuesday. Flight operations at the airport improved slightly on Tuesday despite it being the coldest day of the season so far. Flight landings started around noon and flights took off half-an-hour later. Airport director Rajender Singh Lahauria said no scheduled flights were diverted on Tuesday. However, four flights of various airlines were cancelled. These included Air India flight LLR 693 to Lucknow, GoAir flight GOW 150 to Delhi, IndiGo flights IGO 508 and 902 to Delhi and Bangalore. The airport witnessed another crowded day because of the cancellations and lack of space at the terminal building, which can accommodate 600 people at one time.
