| Foodies outside the KFC outlet at Regent in Patna on Monday. The international brand that sells chicken dishes and beverages re-opened its eatery after four days. It was closed on December 13 by the state food authority officials because it did not have the documents, including food licence, required to run an eatery. A senior KFC official told The Telegraph: “We have submitted all the documents to the department concerned. Now, there is no confusion over it. The outlet was closed, as some important documents had not been submitted. We are happy that the residents can enjoy the delicious fried chicken again.” The only KFC outlet in the state opened on November 29 at Regent. The special KFC recipe, which the founder of the chain, Colonel Harland Sanders perfected in 1939, is a closely guarded secret. Some of the popular dishes are chicken zinger burger, chicken snacker and hot and crispy chicken. Vegetarians can enjoy zinger burgers minus the chicken, besides a number of soft drinks.
