Delegates at the seminar on International Day of Persons with Disability at Government Blind High School in Patna on Tuesday. The event was organised by CII Bihar State Council and Young India, Patna chapter. Suman Kumar, the secretary general, Disabled Sports and Welfare Academy, Patna, said: “When I realised my disability, there was no one to help me. It was me who helped myself and reached this height. On the other hand, the differently abled today are fortunate that they have a lot of people to help them.” Kumar added that his disability gave him the power to do something different.
