Threat call arrest

? Patna, March 2: Police today arrested Murli Manohar from Vaishali district who had threatened JDU lawmaker Sanjay Singh on February 27.

The police had constituted a team to nab Manohar. The team, during the course of investigation, came to know that Manohar was the owner of a magazine. Manohar admitted to his crime before the police, saying he had threatened Singh.

Skill centres

? Patna: District magistrate Sanjay Kumar Agarwal on Thursday launched 14 new skill development centres under the skilled youth programme. With these new centres, the Patna district now has 43 such units where 1,780 youths are being trained. There is a proposal to open 283 more such centres.
