Widow stoned to death

Patna: Sangeeta Devi (36), daughter of former JDU minister Baidyanath Sahni, was allegedly murdered by her in-laws at Bara village in Begusarai. Sangeeta succumbed to her injuries after her in-laws allegedly attacked her with stones.

Suicide

Patna: A middle aged man from Rajasthan committed suicide by jumping off the roof of Welcome Hotel on Bhattacharya Road on Friday afternoon.The body has been sent for post-mortem.
