Darbhanga, Dec. 16: Badgaon, a remote village adjoining Saharsa district, is set to get its first police outpost on December 22. This was announced by inspector-general of police, Darbhanga range, R.K. Mishra today at Bauram village under Jamalpur police station in the district.
Three police officers, including a sub-inspector, two assistant sub-inspectors and 10 constables would be posted at the outpost.
“The outpost would serve five panchayats, including Mansara, Gauramansingh, Bauram, Nadia and one more panchayat of Gaurabauram block,” Mishra said.
