birth centenary

March 29 at Nandan II; 2pm onwards: Ashok Kumar: His Light Years, a celebration to mark the legend’s birth centenary. Hosted by Nandan and Tapan Sinha Foundation. Today’s programme features screenings of Haatey Bajarey (1967; 2pm); Anmol Ratan (a Doordarshan docufeature; 5pm) and Ashirwad (1968; 6pm). Also, an exhibition on the legendary actor at Nandan 4 till March 31.
