A ballet performance by danseuse Sutapa Talukdar's South Gurukul Society at the Western Quadrangle of Victoria Memorial Hall. Parjanya Devata (The Rain God) is a fine blend of Odissi and Western classical dance forms, with the use of colourful props and masks. The presentation, choreographed by Talukdar, involves 75 students of Gurukul and Raktim Guha's Western classical dance team from Kharagpur.
