Children at the 105th Milaad celebrations of The Late His Holiness Dr Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (RA) and also the 74th Saalgirah Mubarak of the 53rd Spiritual Head and his successor Ali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb TUS, organised by the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat Trust at Burhani Masjid on Dr Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Road in East Topsia on Sunday. The president of the trust, Janab Quresh Bhaisaheb Sheahbuddin, welcomed the guests, including Lok Sabha MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay and Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh. Speaking on the occasion Bandyopadhyay and Ramesh praised the Dawoodi Bohras for their contribution to society. The programme started with band music played by students of the MSB Educational Institute and Ezzi Scouts of Saifee Golden Jubilee English Public School followed by floats and tableau depicting various activities of the students from the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat. The programme ended with the singing of Wazifatus Shukr and the National Anthem and finally a cake cutting ceremony by Janab Quresh Bhaisaheb Sheahbuddin.
