Gangtok, July 23: A rock concert where Still Waters from Gangtok and Hobos from Calcutta will perform will be held at Paljor Stadium tomorrow, reports our correspondent.

Music lovers of the hill town who attend Valley Rock will get to support an NGO here because part of the money collected from the ticket sales will be donated.

This will be the biggest rock event that Sikkim has witnessed in recent times, said Amit Gurung, the managing director of Alpine Attitude Event Management Private Limited which is organising it. The charity concert that will start from 5pm will continue for four hours and the opening score will be by Yogendra Rai, a guitarist from Gangtok.

The organisers said around 10,000 people are expected to attend the event, the passes for which will cost Rs 100 each.
