Left home in a hurry only to realise you’re looking scruffy? Seek out barber Shankar Thakur’s “Eet-alian” parlour. But the shave will cost Rs 10 only so long as you use “Five Star” cream. The bill would go up if you’re picky about the brand. 

Mehendi tube 

Where: The dashakarma bhandar in CK Market 
If there’s an artiste at home, pick up a Rs 10 mehendi tube and ask her to do your hands with floral designs. It’s way cheaper than at a parlour.

Where: Mayukh Bhavan, 1st floor 
Seeking any information from a government body? Pay Rs 10 at Mayukh Bhavan for a non-judicial stamp paper. Write your query on it and submit to the intended department. You will be informed if there are additional costs and will receive the information within three months. 

Seeds and saplings 

Where: Nursery at AC 1 and opposite the BF Block swimming pool.  
A Dopati sapling costs Rs 10. Seeds of Pumpkin, Gourd and Broad Beans cost Re 1 a piece but the minimum they will sell is 10 seeds.
