Jaipur: Rajasthan Royals all-rounder Shane Watson, who hit form with a blazing century, says facing South African speedster Dale Steyn would be an ‘ultimate challenge’ when his team face Sunrisers Hyderabad in their IPL-VI tie, here, at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium, on Saturday.

“He is the best fast bowler now and surely would be going down as one of the best in the history of the game. It would be the ultimate challenge with him speeding with new ball in his hand,” Watson, who scored the first century of this year’s IPL, against the Chennai Super Kings, said.

“They have a good side, but we too have one of the best squads in the IPL. We had a similar team in the first IPL, but this year the depth is amazing. Whoever comes in performs. Coach Paddy Upton has provided an amazing environment to the team and the players love to be with each other,” the Aussie said.

Comparing Rahul Dravid and Shane Warne as captains, the Queenslander said that while Warne liked to be in the thick of things, the former goes about his business without taking the centrestage.

“They both are different kind of persons. Warne got the team together amazingly quickly in the first IPL.” (PTI)
