Calcutta, June 22 :    Calcutta, June 22:  The MCDowell Mastermind soccer quiz for scribes held this afternoon at a city hotel, was won by Bartaman. Telegraph B and CSJC were joint second. The Telegraph?s other team, team A, finished a creditable fifth. Quizmaster Barry O?Brien threw at the scribes questions ranging from tough to Plain Jane and from the World Cup to the Calcutta Maidan. In different rounds, varying from rapid-fire to audio visuals and from dry questions to modified queries, Bartaman?s Ratul Ghosh, Joy Chowdhury and Nirmal Nath logged 23 points. Telegraph B and CSJC were at 21 points each, followed by ABP (19), Telegraph A (18), Pratidin (13), UNI (12) and Asian Age 11.
