FC Goa, one of the most consistent teams in the ISL, are struggling this season. They are winless after three matches conceding eight goals. Their Tuesday’s rivals, SC East Bengal, find themselves in an equally precarious position. The Jose Manuel Diaz-coached side are 10th in the ISL VIII league table, a slot above FC Goa and yet to taste victory.

SC East Bengal’s goalless game against Chennaiyin FC last Friday should give them confidence.“The clean sheet was needed,” the Spaniard said.
