Calcutta, March 5 :     The CAB tournament committee today decided to award Young Bengal the first division relegation play-off tie which they 'lost' to DKS by eight wickets yesterday. Young Bengal's claim that Sourav Nehru, who turned out for DKS, had not taken a transfer after playing for Victoria Sporting last season, was upheld by the tournament committee. Nehru is likely to get a suspension of upto five years. Nehru, of course, can appeal against any 'punishment.' DKS officials claimed they were kept in the dark by the player and are thus set to get a reprieve. That, however, will set an unfortunate precedent.
