“Beyond the drawing rooms and ballrooms of Mayfair, London’s most fashionable set is going international. Watch along as esteemed members of the Ton see what worldly affairs the globe has to offer,” read Netflix’s post on Instagram.

However, no dates have been announced and fans will have to wait to find out when Team Bridgerton will be in an area near them.

Season 3 of the popular Shondaland series will focus on Colin Bridgerton (played by Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington’s (played by Nicola Coughlan) gradual transition from friends to lovers.

The trailer, dropped by the makers on April 11, promises the return of many fan-favourite characters including Kate Bridgerton (played by Simone Ashley), Anthony Bridgerton (played by Jonathon Bailey), Queen Charlotte (Golda Rosheuvel), Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson), Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell), Eloise Bridgerton (Claudia Jessie) and Lady Danbury (Adjoa Andoh). It also reveals some new additions — Daniel Francis, Sam Phillips and James Phoon.

The upcoming third instalment of the Regency-era drama series includes eight episodes that are split into two parts. The first four episodes will premiere on Netflix on May 16, while the next four will debut on June 13.

Based on the eponymous eight-book series by Julia Quinn, the first season of Bridgerton explored the love story between Daphne(Phoebe Dynevor) and her husband Simon, the Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page). The next instalment followed an enemies-to-lovers theme, focussing on the budding romance between Viscount Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma.
