Senior faculty of the National Institute of Fashion Design Shekhar Mukherjee addresses at the Infocom Foundation Knowledge Workshop titled “Train the Trainers” on KIIT campus in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.The workshop aimed to train the teachers in the city in various aspects of teaching. As a teacher influences more lives and, therefore, is capable of being a guide for students, the Infocom Foundation aimed to empower the teachers with new ways and methods in imparting education.The organisers said the idea behind the programme was to train teachers with unconventional ways of teaching and connecting with students.The workshop was divided into various modules such as communication, 
animation, seeing the world through children eye, from classroom to community, active learning through 
various subjects, integrated learning through case studies and mentoring teachers for change and many more.
