Bhubaneswar: The severed head of a baby found in Balangir town on Friday sent shockwaves across the town. This is suspected to be a case of child sacrifice. Local residents said this was not the first such case in the town and as many as 10 such incidents have been reported in the past. Police officials said they were aware of the allegations and would investigate the matter.
