Body found

Cuttack: The body of a youth, who had gone missing since Tuesday, was recovered from an abandoned place near Hatuabazar on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Akhaya Mulia, 24, a trader. The deceased's family members alleged that Akhaya had been killed.

Bhubaneswar: Transport minister Ramesh Chandra Majhi on Wednesday appealed to private bus operators to withdraw their call for a statewide strike from August 9. The minister said a decision on the bus fare revision would be taken shortly.
