Bhubaneswar: The Software Technology Parks of India, an organisation under the Union ministry of communications and information technology, and the state government signed an MoU to set up a centre in Balasore. It will facilitate and support entrepreneurs of northern Odisha. The state government will provide 10,000sqft of built up space, three acres and Rs 1 crore as grant-in-aid for it. Bhubaneswar: Police arrested a 14-year-old boy for raping a six-year-old girl at Mancheswar village on October 21. The cops also arrested his mother, who had manhandled the girl’s family members after they had accused the boy.
