Bhubaneswar: Odisha government and mining lease holders on Thursday claimed before the Central Empowered Committee, appointed by the Supreme Court that the mining activities in the state are being carried out with requisite statutory clearances.We told that the working mines have all the statutory clearances and there is no issue of illegal mining,” said chief secretary J.K. Cuttack: The crime branch on Thursday filed a charge sheet in connection with the brutal murder of Titlagarh’s youth BJD leader Abhimanyu Sahu in December last year. The investigating team has filed 176 page charge sheet before the SDJM court in Titlagarh against four accused — Alok Das, Santosh Rana, Jagdish Bag and Naresi Singh.
