Bhubaneswar: The state government on Thursday decided to set up four designated courts in Sambalpur, Berhampur, Balasore and Cuttack to expedite hearing of cases relating to the fraudulent activities of the deposit collection companies.he additional district magistrates of Sambalpur, Berhampur, Balasore and Cuttack districts will be empowered to confiscate the properties of the deposit collection companies.

Bhubaneswar: The economic offences wing of crime branch on Thursday arrested a field officer of State Bank of India in Nayagarh for misappropriation of Rs 2.39 crore.he accused, Ashok Kumar Sahu, 29, holds an MBA degree. He had allegedly amassed the money by manipulating the loan accounts of around 150 self-help groups.
