Roadblock

Kendrapara: Local people on Saturday put up a roadblock, alleging police inaction in nabbing two unidentified motorcycle-borne criminals, who had shot dead a business executive of a tyre-manufacturing company in Jagatsinghpur district Headquarters Township near Barti village road on Friday night. The deceased was identified as Mithun Bhattacharjee. Bhatacharjee was returning home in a car when the criminals intercepted his vehicle and shot at him at close range. . Another person, Pradyumna Sahu, who was with him, suffered injuries.
