The fisheries and animal resources development department opened a modern ice cream parlour at Saheed Nagar (above) and a Chicken Fresh outlet at Nayapalli in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. The ice cream parlour will sale both ice creams and other milk products of Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (Omfed). 

 The second Chicken Fresh outlet of the city was opened near the office of the directorate of horticulture, Nayapalli. The first such outlet with a semi-automatic processing unit with a capacity to process 2,000 birds per day was inaugurated at Saheed Nagar on May 24 on Maharshi College Road near the BMC-Bhawani Mall. Consumers can get processed chicken within 10 minutes at these two outlets. They can also place orders to get poultry products by logging into www.chickenfresh.in.
