Chief minister Naveen Patnaik felicitates Dutee Chand for her performance at the 55th National Open Athletics Championship, in Bhubaneswar on Thursday. Chand won three gold medals in 100m, 200m and 4X100m relay for her employers Railways. The athlete was banned after testing positive for high androgen levels last year. She fought against the ban and was given a two-year reprieve to take part in national and international events by the Court of Arbitration of Sports in Switzerland in July.
