Rourkela: Police on Monday arrested a person, Anil Nayak, on charges of cheating several youths by promising them jobs at the National Institute of Technology here.

The cops arrested the 25-year-old, who stays at a slum behind Ispat General Hospital Colony in Sector-19, on the basis of complaints lodged by some victims.
