Shillong, Oct. 9: If you believe in what-you-see-is-what-you-get, a Meghalaya legislator might recommend second thoughts.

Robinus Syngkon, an Independent legislator representing Mowkaiaw constituency in West Jaintia Hills, lodged a complaint with Rynjah police for not receiving what he actually ordered through an online shopping portal. The legislator supports the Mukul Sangma-led coalition.

He had placed an order for eight bedsheets and 16 pillow covers but on September 11, he received a parcel containing only books and waste paper.
