Assam chief minister Tarun Gogoi arrives for a poll rally at Jagi Bhakat village in Morigaon district on Monday. With elections about three weeks away, Gogoi is hopping from one election rally to another across the state.

More than 700 Congress aspirants, including Gogoi, have already submitted their applications seeking party tickets for the Assembly elections next month.
