Unidentified miscreants lobbed a bomb inside a popular restaurant at Dhobinala Junction in Dimapur on Saturday evening, severely wounding two workers of the restaurant. Another escaped with minor injuries. he injured have been admitted to Civil Hospital Dimapur and a private nursing home. One person died while three more were injured when a truck and a bus collided at Tiloi in Dibrugarh on Sunday morning. In another incident, one person was killed and 12 injured in a bus mishap in Kokrajhar district on Sunday morning. A suspected militant was killed in an encounter with police on Saturday at Silkatari Nayachara in Kokrajhar district. One 9 mm pistol, one grenade and a CD were found on the militant.
