Sohini Sarkar’s sense of ethnic styling is unimpeachable. Though the actor has a fluid sense of fashion and aces almost every memo effortlessly, she is a pro with draping saris. The Byomkesh actor recently stunned in a black and white jamdani by Kolkata designer Anushree Malhotra. Sohini wore the incredible checkered sari with a retro-inspired lace blouse with bird motifs and quirky sleeves.

The sari featured some traditional jamdani motifs but exuded a distinctly contemporary vibe, which made it very pairable. Besides the classic checkered base, the sari had a wide grey border and classic white lining. Though Sohini sticks to the black and white code by pairing it with a black blouse, something like this could also be paired with something colourful, printed or maybe a backless blouse!
