Durga Puja is about homecoming, not only for the goddess but also many Kolkatans who live and work outside the city. Senco Gold & Diamonds’ Puja campaign and collection celebrates the homecoming with the Gossip collection, which has easy-to-wear silver jewellery. They launched the collection with a film that follows a young woman returning to her ancestral home in Kolkata to celebrate Durga Puja. Her gifts for her spunky younger sister and mum include pisces from the collection.
Modernity and traditions mingle not only in the advert but also in the designs of the collection that has a mix of minimalist, trendy pieces and heavier traditional jewellery in both silver and golden finish.
The jewellery store chain is also offering festive deals, including a buy 3-get 1 on the Gossip range and a 10% discount on silver jewellery items.
