These fabric brooches are woven with bright thread, using classic stitches like the French knot and the line stitch. Pair them with saris or shirts and jackets to to add a pop of colour to your usual look. The brooches have been hand-embroidered by Sugopa Coomar, whose grandmother instilled in her a love for embroidery. Potligopal – a fusion of her parents’ nicknames, Putli and Gopal – is Coomar’s labour of love. Her unique designs are eye-catching and make for the perfect quirky accessory.
