If you’re a fan of Haruki Murakami’s writing, you have something in common with Mouni Roy. The actor recently shared an Instagram reel, reading a moving paragraph from the author’s celebrated book, Kafka on the Shore. The 2002 novel, which won the World Fantasy Award, has a paragraph at the beginning which beautifully equates fate with a sandstorm. In addition, Mouni’s moving reading instils a new personality into the text. If you haven’t read this classic yet this is a sign to pick it up!
If you already have and are looking to dive deeper into Murakami’s world, we suggest Norwegian Wood and The Wind.
