It features basic cardio moves like jumping jacks, high knees, step punches and squat pulses (all set to groovy throwback tunes like Swedish House Mafia’s Don’t You Worry Child!) so there’s very little room for error, or injury. The YouTuber links a breezy warm-up and cool-down routine with the cardio burst which makes for a wholesome workout.
